April 4th 2016. One year has passed, a lot has happened. Check-in PR celebrates its first anniversary and looks back at 12 exciting months. We were part of various challenging projects, welcomed new clients and organized successful events: from four winter sports destinations (Zillertal Arena, Les Menuires, Savoie Mont Blanc, Val d’Anniviers) and city trip destination Innsbruck, to Retrome urban – retreat (hotels in Barcelona and Rome), the first foldable E-ped Smart Ped, two interior concepts (New York Ceiling and Simply Steel), Spacebase an online platform for meeting locations, two B2B workshops for Slovenia Tourist Board and Fuerteventura Tourist Board and two events in the Netherlands SCHAFT food fair and By the Creek festival.

The one thing that makes us the most proud is that our personal approach seems to work. We have invested a lot of time and energy in keeping up with our media contacts, our network of travel professionals and of course our clients. This sounds like an open door, right? As simple as it may seem, this way of working is not common sense. However, in our eyes it is one of the most important elements for a successful and valuable relationship. Business-wise of course 😉

Together with our new colleague Eline Heeres, who recently checked in with us in April, we will plan even more face to face meetings, call even more people personally and join forces with our team of experts as often as we can. The PR business above all is a people’s business. And we will do anything to keep it that way.
