Many people, and especially organizations try to be creative with language to make their messages stick to the memories of their readers. A creative oneliner can be memorised really well, add an extra layer to your brand name, and trigger an emotion. Think of Coca Cola’s ‘open happiness’, KFC’s ‘it’s finger lickin’ good’ and Olympus’ ‘Your vision. Our Future’. Nevertheless, some marketing slogans completely miss the point. All they do is make us laugh or make us feel embarresed while reading it!
